The fever of T20 is here

T20 is the game of cricket which is limited by 20 overs instead of 50. Let’s see the history of cricket, cricket was brought to the country by the british rule during 18th Century. The game is played with 11 players on each side, the game started with Test match which was 5 days long and had two innings, the match got ended on the ending of the innings. Then came the ODIs, these were special as the game ended in a day,  hence the name One Day Innings or ODIs. These matches became popular and cricket fever became good in India after the introduction of players like Mohinder Amarnath, Sachin Tendulkar, Kapil Dev and others. Even out of all the cricket players of the Indian Team, the most well known Batsman with highest run is none other than Sachin and he is said to be the god of cricket in India.
When cricket was introduced each over had seven balls and now it’s six, although most of the Indian population likes crickets and watch it regularly there are some people who don’t like the game despite it being popular. The main reason for the non-likers of cricket is media, media hyped cricket to such a level that no one even cares about the National Game Hockey or even the Olympics, several cases have came which shows the post-winning condition of Olympic athletes. This divide is created by media and they also add it to hypocrisy as a local and private tournament of cricket like IPL(Indian Premier League) provides cricketers with massive amount of capital just to play while many of the Olympic athletes who have won previously for the country don’t even get a penny, this hype is not only created by media but many other factors are also there but major part of this divide and hypocrisy is created by media. While observing the short time period of 90 minutes for games like football, basketball etc. ICC(International Cricket Corporation) decided to give rise to a new game where the overs will be reduced to 20, hence helping players to play comfortably.
This reduced the time of playing and helped players get rest if they have to play on the next day, and then like the Cricket ODI world cup, T20 Worldcup also started and guess who was the first winner of the tournament, yup! It was Team India. Now its the sixth t20 World Cup tournament which is going on the previous two matches were very difficult for India , they were India vs Bangladesh and India vs Australia and India won both of them. For celebrating this type of happiness there are many things one can get and one can also celebrate it as a party.
